GUIDED TOUR IN ENGLISH
Modern woman's reflections
- Guided tour in English with Julow Katalin in the exhibition Modern Times – Hungarian Art between 1895 and World War II.

CONCERT -
KOZMA ORSI QUARTET

This year, the 10-year-old Kozma Orsi Quartet celebrates its birthday with a special "best of" concert titled Prints Of 10 Years. During the evening we can hear a selection from the best compositions of their full repertoire and their favorite productions (Sting, Viktoria Tolstoy, LGT) and new songs for the event debuting this evening in front of the audience.
The magnificent presence of Orsi Kozma, her crystal clear singing voice, Gábor Cseke piano artist's sensitive, virtuous play, Viktor Hárs bassist’s strong presence, and Csaba Pusztai drummer’s playful, accurate accompaniment brings a thrilling experience to the vocal jazz lovers in the gallery's dome.

LIVING COLLECTION NO.5. - VERNISSAGE AND DANCE PERFORMANCE

The idea for this exhibition project was prompted by the fact that just a few hundred of the works in the Hungarian National Gallery’s rich collection of nineteenth- and twentieth-century sculpture (out of a total of almost 5000 items) are presented to the public in permanent or temporary exhibitions. Our aim is to breathe new life into some of these museum sculptures, and to make them more visible with the help of some contemporary sculptors. Inspired by the selected works from our collection, new works of art were born. The contemporary works and the “source” sculptures from the collection will be presented as “guerrilla exhibitions”, each lasting a month, and each held in a different area of the gallery.

The fifth sculpture pair is Female Torso by László Mészáros (1905-1945) and the contemporary reflection of Malvina Antal (1987).

The dance performance will be delivered by Ziggurat Project.

WORKSHOP -
Colour the scent!

What colour does a scent have? Does an idea have a scent? In a special association game, we rely on our senses and rethink the most beautiful female portraits of the collection.
